Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or otherwise using Skawr (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Skawr on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. What Skawr does

Skawr adds smart product search to online stores. You connect your store by pasting its link, a product feed URL, or uploading a file. We read the product information that your store makes publicly available (names, prices, images, links) and index it so your shoppers can search it, and you can add a search widget to your site.

3. Your account

A free plan is available. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can try Skawr as a guest before signing up; guest sessions that aren’t claimed by creating an account are deleted after 14 days.

4. Acceptable use

Only import a store you own or are authorized to manage. Don’t use Skawr for unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your catalog and content. You grant Skawr a non-exclusive license to fetch, process, store, and index that content solely to provide the Service — including generating search embeddings and serving search results.

6. Marketplace (optional)

Skawr may offer a marketplace where stores can be listed. Your store is only listed if you opt in, and you can change that choice later.

7. Changes & availability

The Service is provided “as is.” We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms — when we do, we’ll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Skawr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skawr is provided without warranties, and Skawr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
